Harmony and Heart: A Whole-School Celebration of Love and Music on Valentine’s Day
Love, music, and joyful celebrations filled the air at St Mary’s DSG as the entire school embraced the spirit of Valentine’s Day. Both Junior and Senior Schools marked the occasion with music, colour, and shared moments of joy. The libraries and several classrooms were beautifully decorated, adding to the festive atmosphere and making the day even more special.
At St Alban’s College, the Salon Singers charmed the audience with a heartfelt repertoire of spiritual love songs and contemporary ballads. Their harmonies created an enchanting atmosphere, making the occasion memorable for students and staff alike.
Meanwhile, at St Mary’s DSG, the Barbershop Group brought their signature blend of rich harmonies and lively energy to the school’s break-time crowd. Their a cappella renditions of romantic favourites spread the Valentine’s Day spirit across campus. The Grade 7 girls joined the Senior School in celebrating the day, fostering a sense of community and togetherness.
The Junior School was filled with excitement as the little girls dressed in adorable red, white, and pink outfits adding to the warmth and joy of the day.
