Tour de Maths
What an evening at the Tour de Maths!
On Tuesday, 20 May, we welcomed 120 enthusiastic students from 15 schools across Pretoria to an evening filled with maths, laughter, and new friendships. Students from Grade 8 and 9 competed in 30 teams, each made up of four students – two from each of two different schools – showcasing not only their mathematical skills but also a wonderful spirit of collaboration.
The atmosphere was electric as teams tackled thought-provoking challenges and encouraged one another throughout. It was a joy to witness young minds engaging so positively with mathematics.
