Junior School
Building creative foundations
The Junior School arts programme provides a supportive space where our young girls can explore a variety of artistic mediums and develop their creativity and imagination. This is where they develop foundational skills and an appreciation for artistic expression.
Our arts programme includes:
- Oratory arts: the girls get the chance to practise their public-speaking and storytelling abilities, with activities such as recitals and presentations fostering confidence and eloquence from a young age. This also teaches them to think creatively and communicate clearly
- Visual arts: through drawing, painting and crafts projects, the students get to explore their creativity while building fine motor skills and developing an appreciation for the arts
- Performing arts: The Junior School choir and drama activities allow the girls to express themselves through music and acting, building teamwork and stage presence
- Design: the girls are introduced to basic design concepts, sparking an early interest in innovation and visual problem-solving
