Grade 7 Leadership Workshop – Embracing Servant Leadership

On Friday, 24 January, our Grade 7 students embarked on an inspiring Leadership Workshop. They explored the principles of servant leadership, the key qualities of effective leaders, and the importance of balancing responsibilities. Through engaging in discussions and activities, they learned the value of seeking support when needed, upholding St Mary's DSG’s values, and working collaboratively as a team.

A highlight of the day was the creation of their 2025 Spirit Cheer, which they will proudly teach to the rest of the Junior School, fostering a sense of unity and school spirit. As they prepare for the Leadership Induction Service on Wednesday, 29 January, these young leaders are ready to take on their first ambassadorial responsibilities.
