Grade 12 Alumnae Connect 8 May 2025

A beautiful full-circle moment. On the 8th May our 2025 Alumnae Ambassador team (Nomvulo Mohale, Kele Chiloane, Jane Pienaar, Tiiso Masenya and Owethu Tshabalala) hosted a brand-new event connecting past and present — bringing alumnae into Grade 12 Mentor groups for heartfelt chats about life after school, shared memories, and invaluable life lessons.

The alumnae who joined the mentor groups are Lorna (MacRobert) Phipps 1987, Maria Lekganyane 1996, Beth (Helps) Edge 1987, Tlou Phukubje 2011, Kgomotso Mmalegae Moalusi 1998, Ammo Addo-Bediako 2021, Letago Makobane 2021, Lorena Gastaldi 2007and Victoria Chamberlain 1999.

From 7:30 – 8:15, five groups buzzed with stories, laughter, and inspiration. One of the alumnae commented that it “was such fun!” The morning wrapped up with tea and coffee in the staffroom, hosted by Mrs Howard — a perfect end to a morning of mentorship and connection.

Our heartfelt thanks to our incredible alumnae, the 2025 Ambassador Team headed up by Nomvula Mohale, and to our very first ambassador, Mbali Ramphaka (2024), who helped lay the foundation for this growing tradition. Here’s to stronger ties, meaningful mentorship, and lifelong sisterhood.
