Grade 10-12 Accounting girls explore cheese manufacturing

Our Grade 10-12 Accounting students had the opportunity to visit the Van Gaalen Cheese Farm for an insightful learning experience! Manufacturing is a key topic in the Accounting curriculum, and this visit gave the students a firsthand look at how cheese is produced—from raw materials to the final product.

The girls learned about cost components, production processes, and the financial aspects of running a manufacturing business. Seeing the theory come to life in a real-world setting made the subject even more engaging and meaningful.
